Будинок розміщений на схилі, в мальовничому місці неподалік річки. Великі вікна та тераса на рівні другого поверху поєднують внутрішній простір будинку із зовнішнім ландшафтом. Ми включилися в проект на етапі будівництва, коли можна було внести корективи в планування.

The building is located on the hill in the picturesque place next to the river. Large windows and the terrace on the second-floor level unite inner and outer spaces. The bureau got involved in the project on the building stage where they could implement some layout changes to make it more functional.
Емоційний центр будинку – великий атріум, в якому архітектори облаштували основну вітальню з каміном. Вертикальна конструкція каміну, облицьована травертином більш ніж 6 метрів у висоту, підкреслює висоту приміщення. Диванна группа Saint-Germain з останньої колекції від Poliform демонструє чутливість сьогоднішнього світу. Так само працює і світильник Santa&Cole, колір та світло якого занурюють нас в атмосферу заходу сонця.

The emotional center of the building is the roomy atrium where the big living room with the fireplace locates. The vertical construction of the fireplace, more than 6 meters high, is lined with travertine. This solution emphasizes the height of the space. Saint-Germain sofa system from the new Poliform collection shows the sensitivity of our world. The large-scale pendant by Santa & Cole works just the same way. The color and intensity of its light immerse us in the sunset atmosphere.

Парадна кухня та їдальня поєднані між собою. Великий стіл у їдальні розроблений за ескізами бюро. Кам'яна стільниця розміщена на базі з вигнутою дугою нержавіючої сталі. Стільниця розділена на дві половини, що пропонує два сценарії використання. Коли за столом лише родина – на вільній половині можна розмістити свічки, вазу з квітами та інші декоративні елементи для створення настрою. В такому разі немає відчуття пустоти та надмірного простору. А коли приходять гості, функціональною стає вся площа столу.

It has a wave-shaped steel base and a stone tabletop which is divided into two equal parts. It offers two options on how to use the table. When there are only family members at the table, they occupy one part, and the other can be decorated with candles, a vase with flowers, or other decorative stuff that creates a mood. The table does not feel outrageous and empty this way. When the house is full of guests, the whole tabletop becomes functional.

Друга вітальня виконує функцію кінотеатру з великим дворівневим диваном.

The second living room is the home cinema with a large two-level sofa.
Дитячим кімнатам бюро приділяє особливу увагу, адже це сакральне місце для батьків, де ростуть їх найважливіші проекти у житті. Робочий та ігровий простір ми відділили від спальної зони, таким чином діти легко перемикаються між активностями та відпочинком.

We pay special attention to the children’s room. It is the sacred place where the client's children are growing up and forming memories. We divided the room into playing space and sleeping space to make kids switch between activities and the rest easily.
Інтер'єр побудований на нюансних кольорах, натуральних поверхнях з каменю, мікроцементу та світлого дубу. Де-не-де можна зустріти предмети насиченого винного кольору – його архітектори запропонували, як гарне червоне вино до смачної вечері.

The whole interior was created with natural colors and surfaces like stone, light oak and microcement. Sometimes you can meet deep red objects there. We offered them as a good wine for dinner.
